As a holistic practitioner, I draw on my skills as a Reiki Master, Evidential Medium and Counselling Psychology student to empower you on your journey through life. I offer Reiki and Evidential Mediumship services with a holistic Person-Centred approach to promoting relaxation, healing and deepening your relationship with self. I believe that through deeply knowing yourself you are empowered to flourish and am passionate about supporting others along their journey to the self.

Experience healing through evidence of our connection to spirit through Evidential/Spiritual Medium Readings. Be empowered in knowing that everyone has connection to loved ones in spirit through identifying signs and experiencing an evidential reading. Currently available online. E-transfer only.

Reiki is a restorative energy technique that leaves you feeling relaxed. Through gentle touch, life force energy, or qi, flows through your body, promoting relaxation and stimulating the body's natural ability to restore itself. Reiki works on physical, emotional and mental levels of the self and empowers you through relaxation to better handle life stressors.
My Reiki sessions include intuitive guidance which can be opted for.
